FLAG FOOTBALL
NWAA sports is proud to be a member the National Football League Flag Football program.(www.nflflag.com).
FEE:
- Registration, $55
- Includes authentic NFL team jersey, flag belt & flags which are the player's to keep.
TACKLE FOOTBALL:
NWAA sports is part of the Suburban West Junior Football Developmental League (www.swjrfootball.com).
FEES:
- Registration, $150
- Multiple Player Discount, Third Player or More, Free
- Equipment Deposit, $150
TACKLE FOOTBALL CONCESSION DUTY:
- Deposit, $125 (to be held until duty is complete, 2 work shifts) OR
- Buy-Out, $75 (no concession duty will be required)
REFUND POLICY:
Registration fees will be refunded in full 45 days prior to the start of the season. 50% of registration fees will be refunded if more than 21 days prior to the start of the season. No refunds will be given less than 21 days prior to the start of the season unless the player becomes injured (doctor's note required) or NWAAsports cannot provide a team for the player. No refunds are given once the season has started.

The following forms must be complted for each player at the time of registration:
1. Registration Form
2. Medical Release Form
3. Code of Conduct
In addition to these completed forms, please bring the following with you to registration:
1. Cash or check for the registration fees
2. Equipment deposit check
3. Concession deposit check OR cash of check for the buy-out option
4. Player's birth certificate
5. Medical insurance information
