Rainout Procedure: - NWAA uses an automated call blast system (www.callemall.com) to contact all coaches and players in the event of cancelled games.
- A coach or designated team representative must report to the field where the game is scheduled between 6:00 - 6:30pm to reschedule a rainout game.
Game Schedule Conflict:
- As soon as a game conflict is determined, a coach or deignated team representative must contact the other team's manager or coach and both team representatives must meet with the scheduler of the association where the game is scheduled to be played to reschedule.
Player Uniforms: - It is the team manager's responsibility to order team uniforms (except for T-Ball), collect money from parents for uniforms and pay for the uniforms. NWAA is not responsible for payment of uniforms.
Parent Communication:
- It is the team manager's responsibility to notify players and parents regarding rescheduled rainout games, game schedule changes, team picture date & time, and all other association activity.
- Our website (www.nwaasports.org) and the bulletin board outside the field office is where NWAA posts important information. Please encourage your parents to check these often for upcoming events.
